== Description == The Brake Van is [[:Category:Rolling Stock|Rolling Stock]] wagon that has '''no profitable use'''. Despite being designated as a brake van, its brakes are no stronger than any other wagon equipped with a handbrake, and its handbrake is uniquely difficult to get to, being hidden behind one of its step rails. It also cannot be remotely operated, so the player must run to the rear of their train to set the handbrake. As a result, it is completely useless as an actual brake van. It is mainly used as decoration or for realism by most players if their railroad even has one at all.
