Editing Freight Depot

Upon creating a new save, players, along with the starter locomotive and [https://steam-steel.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Rolling_Stock rolling stock], will spawn at the Depot. The Depot usually consists of two tracks running alongside it in which the starter locomotive and rolling stock spawn, usually accompanied by a [[Coaling Station]]. 

The Freight Depot is also able to receive and sell any [[:Category:Cargo|cargo]] type in the game. Despite this, it is unable to load any objects into a train at the platform, nor does it have any bonuses. All cargo sold to the Freight Depot will sell for its regular demand sell price, so selling goods to their proper industries is usually the better option.

* The Freight Depot can be found in any [https://steam-steel.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Maps map].
* Any type of [[:Category:Cargo|cargo]] can be put into the Depot, but not taken out of.
* A player will always spawn at the Depot upon joining a save for the first time, any time after that and they spawn where they were when they left.
* The [[lobby]] features a Freight Depot that cannot be interacted with.
*All [[:Category:Locomotives|locomotives]] bought will spawn at next to the Freight Depot, unless there is a Locomotive Works in the server.
